Is there a free add-on that can show the following:

Add a back-end setup screen that allows user to save data. When user creates a new block on website using this add-on it pulls the data saved from the back-end setup screen?

The only addon i know, where blocks, in this case product block, are shown in a list at the backend on a single page is ecommerce.

There is no free addon as far as i know that shows this use case.

My testimonials block does something similar...but for a single_page, not for a block. It's not free though...

sounds pretty easy to code as a starter block..
