Hello,

My name is Kate and I have Pulmonary Hypertension. A rare disease affecting the lungs. I am asking you today to help out our organization. We are currently trying to find some sort of design to help spread our awareness campaign in order to raise funds for new technology/research funds.

Right now PH affects about 1 in a million individuals and when not diagnosed early will worsen resulting in death.

With little funds we have, great research is slowly beginning but sadly it is not enough.

PH can affect individuals no matter race, sex, or age!

It leaves you breathless constantly.

I am with our calgary group working with the CMS system but are needing a more creative theme. With the lack of funds and knowledge I am quite stuck.
