New branch : 5.4 and ?

Hi there,

A new branch has appears named 5.4. That's a good new, but is it possible to get some info about it ? Not a roadmap, but just some of the goals ?

I'm also very curious about more information / a roadmap for the 5.4. Especially on new features for multilingual websites.

here's a general summary on what's coming. there will be a full features list when it's actually released too.
