New page templates load as a blank screen with nothing on them.

Hi, I am currently building a site using Concrete5.7.3 and when ever I add a new page template then try and build a page using nothing loads and I get a blank white screen. I have tried on a fresh install and it work but I don't want to have to re-edit / build every thing again.

Any advice or help is greatly appreciated!
