new template doesn't register 5.7.3

New template doesn't register in theme.
The page is listed in inspect box is ticked but when hitting ok nothing happens.

But it doesn't.
Problem persists so it seems impossible to activate a new template altough concrete does see it and gives action make new template ...... and then doesn't
