New Theme upload not working

can anyone help me that how can i install new them

i tried to upload fundamental theme in concrete/theme directory but still unable to see new theme in pages and theme tab dashboard. what kind of wired CMS is this? i am WordPress developer i am new. Please any one guide me.. if have also include theme file in packages directory but still same problem

Put the Fundamental package in the root packages folder and then go to Extend Concrete 5 from the dashboard and install the package.
Next go to Pages and Themes to activate the new theme.
