Newbie Question: How do I create an internal link?

When I tried to make this page in Word, there was a way to create a bookmark so that I could create an internal link on another page.

I can't seem to find this in the editor. I have quite a few bookmarks I'd like to use, and being a beginner only having played with HTML 2 or 3 times, I am hoping there is an easy answer.

At the top of the wysiwyg editor; look for 'Insert link to page'.

I'll try that tomorrow. I tried it once, but it didn't work. I'll try again now that I have a couple more pages to play with.

I've run into a new problem that will have its own post in a minute.
