Newletter addon with mailing option for users?

Hello
I've searched the marketplace for newsletter addons but am not sure if I got the right ones: Simple News and ProNews.
Anyone can confirm if I can use either of these 2 as newsletter for my site, and be able to send them in html format to my site users who have subscribed?

Thanks for the list, however can I use either of the 2 modules mentioned previously to create newsletters? In Drupal, which am still using as well, I have a module Simplenews which helps creation and subscription of users to newsletters, and am looking for something similar here

to see how both the Mail Monkey and the Mail Chimp add-on would integrate with it. I think the answer is going to be Yes - because that's what Mail Chimp is - an email marketing site that lets you manage databases of emails and create newsletters.

you can use the embed code that mail chimp provides to add a sign up form to your site. Sign ups can be administered in mail chimp. You can also gather sign ups from other sites as well, and they will all go to the same list in mail chimp.
