A strange one for me as I didn't do anything to cause it. But this is all I get:
( I've changed my database to "me" )
An unexpected error occurred.
An exception occurred while executing 'INSERT INTO CollectionVersionBlocksOutputCache (cID, cvID, bID, arHandle, btCachedBlockOutput, btCachedBlockOutputExpires) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)' with params ["1", "421", "10255", "Logo", "<img src=\"\/application\/files\/cache\/79b8191543b598d0b3f82c0d245e30b9.png\" alt=\"company logo\" width=\"500\" height=\"119\" class=\"ccm-image-block img-responsive bID-10255\">\n", 1672679696]: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1142 INSERT command denied to user 'me'@'10.6.0.225' for table 'CollectionVersionBlocksOutputCache'

It looks like you changed the database user to "me" not the database and the database user "me" doesn't have access to the database specified.

@hutman's comment points to the most likely problem, whether your db user is 'me' or whatever else, something is likely wrong with your database user permissions.
