No Dashboard

I have been working through some tutorials on customising the 'Darkness Theme' and have been successful unti the point the concrete5 toolbar bar dissapeared from the top of the screen and the url /index.php/dashboard seems to take me to a default screen in the darknes theme rather than the dashboard page.
Does anyone know how I can reinstate the dash board?

Hi Hutman, sorry for the delay getting back to you and thanks for your interest in my problem, I was working with HTML rather than Java script and had installed a few free addons and added some aditional users for login.
It almost seems it's like a password error that I have created somehow. I have decided to give up and start again. for other reasons.
The main solution I wanted to explore was to lookat the back end database, that is log into SQL server and query the table holding the code html or java script and either delete it or modify it to something that works. So my big question is do you know how I can access the tables in SQL and what the database structure is?
Many Thanks
Ross

Probably you add some java code in a wrong way.
Do you have a url?

Hi Amrod
Since I posted my issue I have changed the primary domain for my website and in doing so have disconected my previous instance of concrete5. As sais elswhere it seemed to be a simple password issue but due to circumstances I have to start from scratch.
Thanks for your interest.

What browser are you using to access the site?
Do you have javascript or php errors on the pages (this will cause the loss of the bar)?
