No release button

I have two projects. I want to move the licenses from the old project to the new one but there are no red release button. What do I do?

Check your project page to see if you are listed as "Contributor" or "Owner". Only owners can release add-ons. The project owner of record can either release them or transfer project ownership to you.

Just wondering if this ever got resolved, as I'm experiencing the same problem -- the release button missing and all, and I'm listed as owner.

ETA: came across this conversation when searching the forums for "release button missing."

Hi there,

I have the same problem - I am the owner and I have been familiar in the past with assigning licences. Now the red release button doesn't come up at all!

What's changed?

Any help would be appreciated.
