No toolbar for users with 'edit content' permission only with advanced permissions

Hey guys!
I tried to set up advanced permissions for my site, but stumbled upon the problem stated above. I want to have a user group, whose only permission is to edit a page's content. But alas, the tollbar would not show up for these users. I don't know what am I missing here, please, someone help me. :(
