Hello all!

I have NO technical knowledge, I'm tech savvy and know how to hit a few buttons and change settings but that's about it. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in developing an addon for the aforementioned purpose if you had the free time. I just think it would be a great service to provide my country with (india) especially since it's littered with strays and many organizations are trying to make a difference. I can't pay any fees, I just have a server and some time so I thought why not? :)
