Not receiving form submission notifications from standard form block

Hi
I have used Concrete 5 on multiple websites, and have not had this issue before. When somebody submits the form on the website, my client isn't receiving email notifications. However I have tested it with my own email address, and I do receive the notification.
Does anybody know why this is, or have any suggestions?
