Developing (v7+)

Not working in IE, at all

Just loaded Concrete5 onto our test server, but not working at all in all versions of IE, apart from 8.

Never seen an error like this before, its not the layout thats broken, IE just cant seem to find the site.

Any advice/help at all would be much appreciated!
