Notify Admin when user expires from group

I'm wondering if there is a way to setup admin notification when a user expires from a group. I have three user group all of which are scheduled to expire after a year. The admin needs to know when a user account is expired.

I've seen numerous forum threads discussing admin notification of site changes, but nothing about user changes.
