One-Page theme

I want to use a one-page theme for a client. If I am to design it myself or use an html theme as a starting point, how should I set up the structure? I am guessing I cannot design pages. I saw one theme like this in the marketplace. It is designed so every new block becomes a "slide" on the page. Seems OK, but what if I need several blocks in one slide. Can I use stacks like this also?

I am also guessing that if the different sections in a design have different styling, I have to define each of these as a custom design that I must choose under properties or design for each particular block.

Am I thinking correctly?

For instance this one

or this
http://bootstraptaste.com/theme/mamba/...

this is nice too

and this is supernice:)

As you can see, it is the process I am searching for. How can I use these nice designs with the ease for my clients that C5 can provide. I ended up hand coding my own website, but I know how to update it.

Here is one you might consider:

One Page Theme Framework:http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/themes/single-page-theme/...

Will I be able to use any one-page design and use this framework to convert to C5?
Is that the idea of it?

No, I think it was intended to just be a plain theme which would be customized by developers.
