One user, two passwords?

I have basically made a bit of a stuff up.
I set up a user for a client. I then emailed the client his login details, the problem being that he has two email addresses and on one of the emails i sent it had the wrong password.
I'm wondering if i can do something that enables him to login to the one account using either of the passwords i sent him.
