Both add-ons are chats and probably hard to use as a support system where you'll want "private" chats".

We started looking athttp://www.phplivesupport.com/ and played around with it for a while. It seems possible to integrate into a concrete5 site but we didn't get the "go" from the customer yet and haven't created a completely working solution yet.

I see what you mean about needing 1-1 vs chats. Thanks for putting me straight on that. Pertinent as this is functionality that I may have a use for in the future.

I have actually made a block request for this type of add-on in the forums before. I started searching around for some open-source solutions, and I found some nice possibilities at Code Canyon. There are some some pre-made packages there that look great. Of course, you would have to install them separately on your server. Check out the link below at what I found:

I was thinking that one of those systems could be made into a solution that could work with Concrete, although it would be a pretty extensive task to do so.

I bought a live chat support system from there, and easily integrated it into the header of my Concrete site I'm working on. Take a look, and you'll see a chat module at the bottom of the page:

Here is a nice open source one, you can maybe use the html block to copy the image logo code on to your site. It has several features that most paid systems have.
