I had a quick question that I am hoping someone can answer. I have been looking for an addon or a solution everywhere and so far I could not find anything.

When working with some sites, I see how they have their osTicket linked with their database to automatically link the name and e-mail address from the data base. Is there a way to link the osTicket database to pull the emails and names from concrete5 into osTicket so it automatically populates the information?
