Hi,

I need to add a couple of countries to the country list and also remove the validation on the state/province input.

I have copied 'concrete/helpers/lists' to helpers/lists and the issue is that even without changing anything the site breaks?

I can change the list in the concrete folder but really don't want to as it would be lost if any updates are applied

I would be very grateful if anyone could shed some light on this.
