Package Install Single Page Permissions

During installation of a package I'm installing a single page underneath the dashboard, but I want to give Guest read permissions so it can be accessed/included from the public site.

Is there a way to programmatically change a single pages permissions during a package install? Or must it be done manually after the fact?
