Package Install Wizard-Like Functionality

Do packages in Concrete5 support any kind of multi-step install process?

To clarify: when installing a Concrete5 package, is it possible to present the user with one or more installation screens that ask questions or present options in order to help get the package configured for said users specific needs?

From what I've seen so far I think the answer is no, but thought I would ask in case I missed something.

Thanks in advance!

Thought so, thanks!

So I guess the only other option is to present them with an admin/config page in the dashboard.

If you want to "present" values you have to create a dashboard extension.

I sometimes put my own config options in the config table.
You can easily add an entries to the config table and use it in your own package...

The value will not be visible to "normal users" though. Not useful for lots of applications, especially if you want to sell it
