Packages Folder

I continue to receive error messages every time I try to install an add-on. It seems that I am missing the packages folder. I installed Concrete 5, went to the packages folder to upload into public_HTML, but nothing exists. What am I doing wrong? How can I correct this issue?

What error message(s) are you getting?

When looking at the installation via FTP, you should have a 'public_html/packages' folder.
