Page Attributes in IE9

HOWEVER, I'm not really sure exactly what I need to do to fix this? There are several posts in here that all say different things. Can someone let me know exactly what I need to do to fix this? I can't wait until the next release since my client needs to be able to edit their pages! ;-)
