Page Attributes Issue and Fatal Error in 5.5.1

I am having an issue with page attributes in 5.5.1. I am developing a theme that installs several types of page attributes. When I go to the single page: /dashboard/pages/attributes
I see an incomplete page. Looking at the source code, it gives this error:
The attributes show up in the list, and can even be edited. However, you can't add the attributes in the front-end page properties dialog (they're listed, but clicking on them does nothing).
What went wrong? How do I fix?

UPDATE: I did a fresh install of 5.5.1, and everything seems to be working fine now. Possibly something got corrupted somewhere before?
Sounds like you didn't have a complete install.

I'm developing a powerful new ecommerce theme for the marketplace, and the minimum version required for it will be 5.5.1 (as is the minimum requirement for most of my marketplace items).
I'm thinking it was an incomplete install too. The first time I installed it, it locked up during the installation, so I had to re-do the install.
