Page header image- "Image Not Found"

I am new to using Concrete 5, and have only used other basic web builders before. I must have screwed something up here, because my header image on almost every single page of my website now says "Image Not Found." The only pages that still have an image header are the blog pages, and three sub-pages of one page. I have tried to remove the image blocks with the error, and re-insert an image block, and it doesn't work.

I also can no longer upload photos to my website. I have uploaded a few photos before, so it has worked, but now every time I try to, I get this error:

"Upload Error
Unable to copy file to storage directory. Please check permissions on your upload directory and ensure they can be written to by your web server."

Any help would be AMAZING to try and get this solved- I've got a deadline to meet! Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best.

Thanks,
Liz

You will have to FTP into your website and change the permissions of the "files" directory and apply those permissions to all the files inside of the "files" directory.

Do you have FTP access to your website?

I would honestly talk to your hosting provider and have them give you the FTP info for your website. Or see if they can just fix the problem for you.
