Page List - Thumbnail2 template

Hi,
Working on a build to show a page list of pages under a main page. The client has confirmed the liking of Thumbnail 2 however wishes there to be a thumbnail to represent that page as well as the page title.
Currently, the titles are all showing properly by no thumbnails. I have made sure that at least one of the pages has a thumbnail selected in properties... are there any specifics as to the size of the thumbnail? What do I need to do to get the thumbs to show in the page list block.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am almost there with the Thumbnail2 template that is there just can not get the thumbnails to show.
Yes,http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/page-list-views/... could achieve this as long as I can put the pages into 4 columns and show only thumbnail for the page and the page title. See attached as to where I am now with the Thumbnail 2 Template for page list.
I would hate to spend more money on this project and start over with this block.
