page permissions > add access > "Select" not working

I'm trying to add permissions to a page so i can allow a developer to use my site to see what an add on is doing since he isnt able to reproduce the bug. When i try to add access and click the "select" button nothing happens, and im not able to select group, user, etc...

Any ideas ??

seems to work on all other pages that i checked. Maybe just need to roll back a page version or quickly rebuild the page from scratch ?!?! Any input would be appreciated as well !!
