Page type defaults on package install

Hello community, can anyone demonstrate to how from package install assign default blocks to a specific page type?
I know you can do that from the dashboard.

Download an old version of concrete5 from the download archive (5.3.3.1 for example) and check out concrete/controllers/install.php. There are examples of us adding default blocks to page type defaults there.
