I come from Drupal and I'm using the Page type in order that all my "Portefolio item" looks exactly the same. (on the page type, I go to "output" on the right page, then "edit defaults")
All Portfolio pages should have the same data fields (Pages attributes) and layout (thanks to one unique Page type).

The problem I'm facing is that the end-superuser / administrator is able to change individual "Portefolio item" layout without beeing forced to edit the page template defaults. The superuser can edit the output view of the actual page without changing it for all.

This breaks the whole consistency of layouts... How is the right way to work with this ?
