Paged registration forms?

Is there an add-on or directions anywhere to create a registration form that is paged with next and back, walking the user through registration like a wizard?
You can do this with Advanced Forms. It is a fantastic addon that will handle anything you can throw at it.
I've looked at some of the videos supporting Advanced Forms, but didn't see anything that indicates it supports creating these multi-page forms.
Do you know of any examples of this?
My intent is to use it to collect optional information about the user during registration, presenting a few pages which they can fill out or skip as needed. It will also need to work with those that are created via Social Login.

Yes, this is now possible as of Advanced Forms version 1.8.
