Paypal express checkout integration

Has anybody successfully managed to integrate paypal express checkout into their concrete5 website? if so could you please help as I am having no joy at the moment.

I do use the paypal standard payment, i do not see any advantages to use the paypal express method!?
Concrete5.org uses the standard payment method also, hmmmmm...
