Permission problems on pages

Hi all,
I have recently created a new site for a property company and I am having some issues with some of the blocks not functioning properly when I am not signed in as admin and browsing the site as a normal guest.

WHen you try to use the currency converter or the pagination controls on the quick search it will not work. When logged in as an admin the currency converter moves the contact block below it down and places the conversion information just below the block. The pagination will not cycle through the pages when not logged in and stays on the first page.
I can only assume that this is a permissions issue as it works finr when logged in as admin.
Any suggestions how I can resolve this?

It all appears to be working from my end. Pagination changes pages properly and currency converter info shows up where you say it should. Make sure your C5 cache is turned off and clear your browser cache often. See attachments.
Yeah I should have updated the thread - I was talking with the chap that made the real estate add-on and we figured out that the page caching was causing the problems. I turned it off completely and it works fine now.
