Permissions for Form Results

I want to setup a user so he can see Form Results but cannot alter any pages.
I have set him up as a user and in a group but can't figure out how to have him see the From results.

Hi, ProForms can do this.

Here's a video showing a more strict per/user case, but you can show all if you like for any given form results.
