I am developing this sitehttp://saiacs.edu.in/ but when I first fire up the browser there is a welcome line that appears briefly but then sits under my template once it is loaded. Very odd.
Is this a webhost issue?
I also don't get any edit buttons when logged in despite having Loaders for header and footer.

and 2 Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'dcMegaMenu'
