PHP 5.4 (Subpages not working) error: no input file specified

hello community!
can you please help me?
I currently have php 5.3 on the server, if I switch to php 5.4 (FastCGI Application),
all Subpages no longer displayed. (error: no input file specified)
do you know how I can easily fix it?
