php editable and jquery not working

I have checked and re-checked the code. Looks fine but I can't make it editable in edit mode.

Also my jquery flightboard isn't working. Why? It is working athttp://www.iteams.org.nz/

Any ideas please?

For one thing, the following JS file isn't at the location specified...

http://www.new.iteams.org.nz/new/concrete/js/jquery.flightboard.js...

I think it's supposed to be the following...

http://www.new.iteams.org.nz/concrete/js/jquery.flightboard.js...
