PHP bookmarks script

I use the php_execute block to add php functionality to my page. I think that this page links to that block.

Anyways, I place 'weekly site picks' on my homepage and use the attached script to shown tables within my database. It creates hyperlinks from my table input. It is an ugly hack, but it works. Anyone want to make it better?
