Place a URL link in form response field?

Hi,
Does anyone know how to put a URL in the form response field and make it clickable? I know I can send to another page... but it just needs to say Thank You! and have a hyperlink in it. I can put the URL in the field but it just shows it, it doesn't make it clickable...
