Placed some javascript in a block and it's broken the edit function

Permalink 1 user found helpful
The edit button remains and I can go into edit mode but no edits are possible as blocks don't highlight. The edit sub menu is also not visible so I cannot access versions for this page.
I was thinking of accessing the mysql database from the backend and removing the offending code from the appropriate table.
I have no idea how to access the database remotely, I thought there may be a web based mysql database manager but cannot find a reference to it.
Also if there a shortcut to versions? domain/index.php/version does not work.
Many thanks if you can help in this matter.

Hello, if you go into the Dashboard you should be able to access the Versions dialog from the Full Sitemap by clicking on the page that you are having trouble with.
