Plain Yogurt Header Nav Block -- Can't get it back

I'm using Plain Yogurt, and when I was first setting things up I wanted to get rid of the garbage, like the tacky site name, along the top. I also got rid of the block in the Header Nav because I didn't want a bunch of "hello world" pages exposed as I was getting my main page together.

I now need to add blog and "about us" pages, so I went to add the nav block back to the header nav section, but I can't find it. All the blocks display the links going down like:

Home
About
Blog

But I want:

Home | About | Blog

Can anyone tell me what block was there before I deleted it, why I can't find it, or why it's listing them vertically instead of horizontally?

Thanks

On your nav block click custom template instead of edit, and than select drop down or header or something similar from the custom template option. I think its header menu but cant remember.

Thank you!

I never would have figured that out on my own.

I have to say that I don't really find Concrete5 to be very intuitive. Maybe the way it's designed is just foreign to my way of thinking.
