Playing SWF with FLV

I'm sure this isn't too difficult but for some reason I can't get my SWF player to load it's associated FLV. I have uploaded both files separately using the file manager and I've tried uploading them both to the incoming folder. Still my SWF player is blank, no skin, no video.

Is there a way to upload the SWF and FLV so that the video will play?
