Please help with nav

I have created a theme, but I am stuck on the nav bar.
When you hover over the page "left sidebar" there is a sub page, which causes the menu to jump over. I know it is some sort of css padding issue, but I cannot seem to get it right.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
