Possible Bug ?? - Cannot scroll page after creating text link in CK Editor

I am just checking this issue isn't just affecting me. It maybe a possible bug?
Whilst using Version 8.5.5 when I create a text link in the content block using the CK Editor sitemap selector I am then unable to scroll the page until I Publish the edit.
I have tested this in 8.5.4 and it was fine but after upgrading to 8.5.5 this issue seems to occur.
