Possible to transfer an existing html site to C5?

Fairly new to C5 but sombody has asked me if its possible to convert/transfer an exisiting html website to Concrete5.

If so, is it difficult and would it be worth the effort compared to remaking it from the beginning.

Any help regarding this is gretaly appretiated

Its very easy to convert an HTML site to Concrete5. There are several how-to available on this. Its absolutely not required to build it from scratch.
