Postcode Search/Dealer locator

Is there a postcode search/Dealer locator for concrete5?

For example if i was looking for a dealer could it tell me the closest distance one to me?

I know google API can do this but no too sure how to do it.

I am working on the same project (but it will be a year-long project).
