Posting a MS word to my site for printing

Hey guys its been a long time, Front Page in fact! I am trying to convert a simple one page doc to the site so users can print it out for themselves. I gone round and round the External Form block builder and cant seem to get a handle on this. I would appreciate any Help

On the page you want users to download from, enter Edit Mode and add a File block to the page.

In the popup, click Choose File and the file manager will appear, upload your Word document.

Choose that file you just uploaded and save the block, now you have a download link for the file.

Then users can download and print your file, is this what you are after?
