Posting multiple versions of an add-on to the marketplace?

Hey guys,
I can't seem to figure out how the file management system works for uploading different versions of the same add-on. I have a new version which is compatible with 5.3.3, and an older version which is compatible with 5.3.
I want to set the older version to be used for 5.3 through 5.3.2.1, and the newer version for 5.3.3 and above. How do I do this?
Whenever I play with "Save Compatibility" and try to upload other files I end up with a mixture of files disappearing off the list and messages that I've already uploaded a file for that version. Am I using it wrong or is it not working correctly?
