Preinnstalled blocks

Can I preinstall a block in a pagetype? I have made a custom pagetype called "projects" for the website owner to use when she makes new project pages. On every projectpage there is a nav bar showing all the project pages plus a couple other blocks that they all have. It would be cool if the blocks are already installed when she choses the correct pagetype.

Maybe a "pagetype" block instead of a global block?

If you go in to the Dashboard under Pages & Themes click Page Types for the Page Type you are working with select Defaults, this will bring you to a display of the front end of your site for this Page Type, from here you can add some blocks.

When a user creates a new Page with this Page Type whatever blocks you have setup there will be added to that new page.
